Every organism’s nourishment must contain some of the things essential for his or her better functioning of the body like fruits, grains, vegetables and proteins.
Healthy food makes people healthy. It keeps people away from the diseases and helps them fighting the illnesses. It always keeps a person mindful, happy and makes brain sharp:
- Protein it keeps people energetic as it provides energy for the daily work.
- Fat It is sometimes essential as it helps to keep emotional and physical balance.
- Calcium It is a very important nutrition in every living organisms life as it makes your bones stronger. Therefore, it is advised to consume calcium rich food.
- Fibre Sometimes, during accidents many nerves and tissues get broken. Fibre helps to repair the tissues of the body.
One should always eat healthy food and that also not over limited, as there is a limit of everything. Sometimes, overeating may also result in health hazards like vomiting, etc.
Over fat consumption may lead to kidney failure,. Kidney stones, heart diseases, etc. And too much consumption of protein is also harmful for the living beings health as it increases the chances of kidney diseases.
Therefore, one should eat healthy but in limit as over limit is never good for anything.
